SAFETY PROGRAM

At Pristine Labour, safety is a top priority.

We believe that when it comes to safety, there can be no compromises or shortcuts.

That’s why we don’t just talk safety. We teach it, and we practice it, too.

Prospective members of our labour teams are required to complete an online safety course followed by a quiz to test their knowledge. When they interview for a position with our company, they watch a safety training video and complete a second safety questionnaire. And when they leave, they take the Pristine Safety Handbook with them.

Our safety training doesn’t end there. It continues periodically throughout the year, with refresher videos and informational sessions to keep our team members educated about the potential hazards. Alert, aware and informed, the labour teams at Pristine Labour are best equipped to protect themselves from unforeseen risks in the workplace.
